Unable to download or update Apps on iphone 5s
I am unable to update and download apps on my iPhone 5s ever since i installed the new update 9.3.1
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1
Check in restrictions to see if downloading apps is restricted
Setting - general - restrictions
