Q: Podcast not showing in iTunes preview 4 days later

Hi there;

I've been repeatedly checking for my latest episode (#99) to show up in iTunes Preview https://itunes.apple.com/ca/podcast/unplug-podcast-inspired-living/id721425368?m t=2, but alas, after 4 days, it is still not there. Oddly enough, it is available to subscribers and it can also be found on other podcatchers.

From what I can see, my feed seems fine http://www.debozarko.com/feed/podcast/. I'm curious why it is taking so long. It has been delayed in the past, but usually no more than a couple of days. I would like non subscribers to be able to find the latest episode and appreciate any and all help.

    The Store has been slow to update recently, occasionally missing episodes altogether. Go to Podcasts Connect, sign in, select your podcast and click 'Refresh Feed'. Give it time - the Store may take a day or two to update. If it doesn't work, contact Support and ask for a re-index: that may solve it. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

    Thank you for the quick reply Roger.

    I followed your instructions and noticed an error at Podcasts Connect as follows http://bit.ly/23GaXKz. I find this confusing as subscribers can access the latest episode and it seems fine with the Rss feed. I've prepared an email for Support, but thought I'd check with you first before sending it.

    Many thanks for your help.

    Although the feed works when subscribing in error and I can read it in Firefox (my default RSS reader) attempting to access it using curl in Terminal brings up 'Internal Server Error' which is what code 500 means. Evidently requests from the iTunes Store are producing the same error.

    This is something which only the people running your server can sort out.

    When you say:

    Are you referring to the server where I host my podcast or where I host my website? Nothing has changed with my podcast host and how I've set things up, so I'm curious if it could be my website host as I feed to iTunes through the Powerpress plugin.

    It's the server where you host the feed, debozarko.com.
