Q: My iBooks on my iPad will not allow me to organize my books, even after a hard restart. Any help?

my iPad, iOS 9.3, will not allow me to organize my books in my book shelf. I can organize them, but as soon as I exit out of iBooks it reverts to a scambled mess that is not in any type of order. I've restarted, done a complete wipe and reload of everything. It didn't help and tech guy on apple support couldn't help either. I don't have an Apple Store within a hundred miles of me and can't afford to ship it off To be looked at. Any ideas or help would be appreciate.

    ALl the books in my iBooks library have decided to grow legs and move around into an utter mess as well. I have attempted to reorganise, hard restart,but when I open iBooks again, theyve grown legs again. iBooks over the last two updates have lost its appeal to me. It is ridiculous.
