iBooks

Q: IBooks not opening after iOS update 9.3

I had iBooks working fine until I updated iOS update 9.3 this year. I have tried resetting the device but no success. I have only 1-2 small pdfs so space also doesn't look to be an issue. I have got enough space on my iphone6s.

Please help me in solving this issue.

    I know this is a hassle, but try letting leaving the app open for quite a while. Sometimes it works for me, most times it doesn't.

     

    I'm on iPhone 4s and I have the same concern. On very rare occasions, though, what happens to me is that it takes forever to load when before, it loads really quickly, possibly one of my apps that opens fastest. Apple, please help...? I really liked iBooks as compared to all the other epub reading apps out there. And most of my books are already saved on iBooks. I don't have the time or patience to move everything to another ebook reader.
