iTunes creates a photo album in iPhone that does not exists

Hi.

3 weeks before i create two albums in photos app

one called Summer 2015 and the other Summer 2014.

I accidentally put in both albums the same photos.

Then i delete the 1 album from photos app and left only the summer 2015

the strange thing is that when i sync my photos, it keeps creating the deleted album.

I delete every photo from iPhone, then i sync the 1 album i have keep and ok.

the next day when i make a back up from iPhone, iTunes had created again the deleted album

Any thoughts???
