Q: iPad2 with email address, but no password or security answer.

Hi. My friend, yes sounds dodgy already, but it's not, has her iPad2 for which she knows the email address but not the password or security question answer. Because the email address is her iCloud account we can't get the password reset as she doesn't know the password to get into the account. I've already logged in to this support page using my own AppleId so I'm quite traceable and should prove that I'm not dodgy.

 

Can anyone help please?
