that's pretty much it, app store says "it's impossible to download the app, in these moments snapchat can't be downloaded" i've tried everything please i need some help, thanks.

yeah i can download every other app.
and by trying everything this is exactly what i have done:
- restored the phone
- sign out icloud
- reboot iphone
- sign in icloud again
- trying to download the app with 3g instead of wi-fi
i don't know what else to do
iCloud has nothing to do with it. Sign out and in to the iTunes/App Store.
If you can download every other app then there's nothing you can do except wait.
How much space to you have on iPhone?
Have you tried using computer iTunes to download then sync over to your iPhone?

i have 11 gb available and i tried to use itunes too
Are you trying to download the app in your country App Store?
Note: You cannot download from another country App Store.

What did the SnapChat dev. tell you about getting their product?
They asked me about my wifi or data connection. I clearly have no problem with data or wifi because I can even download all apps except snapchat.
