Halo hearing aids

Hello,

Does anyone out there use the car memory function? I have my aids for about 1.5 years and ever since I have been trying my hearing centre and Starkey Service to identify the issue I'm having for the car memory mode to switch from other settings while driving a couple of minutes over higher speed limit of 15mph.

No matter what has been tried, it simply will not work.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
