audio issues wjere I can not use Siri voice comands

I Tunes knows there is an issue with my audio. I can't seem to figure it out and it is a feature I like to use/

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.1

I can use the phone for calls and people can hear me fine. When I try to us Siri it's like the app can not hear my voice at all. Stopped at the ATT store and they couldn't help.

What happened when you went through the steps in that article? Does Siri respond (chime or vibrate) when you hold down the Home button, or when you use the headphone mic? Are you getting any sort of indication that Siri is running at all (after checking to make sure that Siri is on in Settings > General > Siri)?
