Recently I have not been able to forward my iPhone 5s to message bank. I’ve never had this problem before.
When I looked at what to do I realise that the The Call Forwarding icon does NOT appear in the status bar when I try to forward calls. How can I fix this please?
It also doesn't work using **21*+6141412112#
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1
