No. Gift cards are only valid in the country they are purchased from.

Give it or sell it to a friend in Singapore. Sorry to convey bad news but without changing your residence and account details it is worthless.
Oic. You know, just now I went to ask the nubox staff in serangoon, he said that every country gift card also can redeem no matter where is your ID from. I search on internet also stated gift card is country a specific but just not sure on it. I wonder the company should change the staff requirement for better service. I got search in apple.com.sg and found that it ask me to take the photos of the front and back off the gift card and the receipt of the purchase. What is it for?
This is taken from the Apple instructions about Gift cards.
Yes this is what I saw. You should click on "contact us" and you will see they ask you to take the photos. I think if you submit those photos to them, they will do something and get the gift card redeemable for you.
Then follow there instructions.

The situation with Singapore and Malaysia is probably better understood by you, the local people. I checked out the formal Apple advice sheets and came up with what I sent you. It is well known that gift cards are only valid in the country in which they are purchased but because of the geographic location of Singapore I tried to find any kind of special link. Unsuccessfully.
I'm not quite sure what is behind your question about how long I have used Apple products for. We are all volunteers here, users, like yourself.
Usually the country where the card is valid for is printed on the card.
