how do I use multiple libraries?

You can press and hold down shift as you launch iTunes to create a new library or switch between them. You can use multiple libraries to support multiple users, although that might be better done by giving each user their own profile. You can use multiple libraries to organize content for multiple devices, but that is better done with playlists in a single library. The other reason for making additional libraries is to test things out. I have a small library which is connected to iTunes Match, a larger library that isn't, and some test libraries I use when I want to explore changes in a new release of iTunes.
