See If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support. If you have a rescue email address, you can use that to reset them, or you will have to contact Apple. There are no other options.

Not forgot my Apple ID password, I forgot to security issues and does not allow me to change. Shows too many incorrect attempts
