Q: pages started freezing up, force quit and restart does not work
Trying to do homework, not good with computers. I was using split screen view with pages and safari, then i go click in to pages and the cursor does not blink, and i can ty to click on something, but to no avail. i even try to click in to safari and that doesn't work either. i then have to press the task key or whatever you call it, force quit both apps, and restart. this just started at random, and really inconvenient, seeing i need it to keep up with all of my ap classes. Pages does this when alone as well.

Hello ElliottRadovan,
I understand that both Pages and Safari occasionally appear to become unresponsive when switching between the two. Fortunately we've a couple articles that detail how to identify and correct the source of the issue, restoring stability to your Mac.
