Q: Can't connect to Wifi on 5S after 9.3.1 update

I downloaded IOS 9.3.1 onto my iphone 5S a few days ago. Since then, I've had many issues connecting to wifi. For the first day after the update, the connection would drop every minute or two. But now, my device is no longer able to connect to any wifi network at all. It doesn't even recognize a single network now. I've checked my router, switched wifi on and off, and restarted my phone several times without success. Is there a fix to this?

Take a look at this Apple Support article:

Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
