We are all just users like you. We have know way of knowing exactly what Apple's internal communication structure is.

All of Apple's support sites are specific to the software, or hardware for which you are seeking help. So as far as I know, no support people will see your email.

Apple Care is in essence support to some extent. Exactly what are you trying to accomplish?

If you are referring to the other question you posted about iTunes terms and a particular store, then you did not send it to Applecare - you posted on these user to user forums. We are all other users like you and we are not employed by Apple.
