The item you tried to download is no longer available

Using the android beta app, I'm having issue with items in my itunes on my PC, the songs are showing up in my android device but when I go to play them I get "The item you tried to download is no longer available" error message.

This is for songs I own which apparently should be playable from the handset as they are in itunes. I have checked to ensure itunes is set to icloud music library and I have also downloaded the entire playlist to the device still no dice.

Any suggestions?
