Hello,
My iPod Classic 80 GB just shows a blank white screen. I will play music, adjust volume, and I can hear it scroll through the menus. I've tried resetting and restoring it to no avail. It is currently on software version 1.1.2

Unfortunately, if you already tried doing a Restore using iTunes, the most likely cause is a faulty LCD (or other hardware problem).
