Top Charts button missing on iPad.

HI everyone,

I have a small but annoying problem on my iPad that I can't seem to fix. The Top Charts button on the 'New' tab has disappeared and has been replaced by empty circles. I try to tap the link, nothing happens! I've taken a screenshot to show what I mean:

I've tried resetting the software but that didn't work either. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm stumped to how I fix it.
