Apr 18, 2016 6:12 PM in response to chartarsauceby LarryHN,You can not - when you decide not to have backups you know that you are at risk of losing things
It might be possible to recover some using expensive file recovery software like File Salvage or even more expensive data recovery services
Now would be a good time to lean and start having backups - TimeMachine is free on your Mac - buy a compatible drive and start using it

Sep 6, 2016 10:24 AM in response to LarryHNby limitless1020,hi larry,
same thing happened to me thinking that my photos are safe with photo library but when i delete them on my phone, they were also deleted on my photo library.
i checked the last back up on my icloud and it says yesterday (as of today). if i restore my phone to yesterday's back up, can i get all the (permanently) deleted photos back?

It sounds like you are using iCLoud Photo Library which is a great syncing service that syncs all changes made on any device - all additions, deletions and edits made on any device are made on all devices - that is what ICPL exists to do
