im in a guest account on my macbook light thing becasue when ever i try to sign into my accout it will have a script in the top right hand corner of my screen and then it willl turn black and a message with appear" your mac has restarted due to a promblem press a key or wait a few seconds to finish start up". i kept on trying but would never work same essage would appear. I dont think its a virus cause mt computer is fine its just the start up procces for my ACCOUNT.Help
