Q: Problem on mac Microsoft outlook

i had issue i newly migrate to apple macbookair laptop and it working fine but i have some sort of problems for sort out .

i using Microsoft outlook on my mac but how to transfer my previous outlook contact on my new macbook

plss help me for this ???
