Apple ID - i received some email from a forgien email

the same thing happened to me exactly and i received some email from a forgien email full of numbers in the stolen email address for some in-app purshases (the guy used the available money in the account) in a chinese or japenese language..., i try to contact the support, they asked me for a proof of purshase! I provided the same from the service provider, but it was not enough to reactivate my account. ( i am unable to force the service provider to provide what the support asked me, and now they are not replying my emails) i wish to know if your problem is solved and how!
