iPhone 4S Apple ID cannot be used to unlock this phone

Bro

me too-locked up for almost 2years now

but for me I mistakenly swap the ID email but I later

rreturned the mail. Still I can't activate the iPad,

what is blowing mine is if I tried wrong is its says wrong

but if try the correct Id it says cannot be used to unlock this ipad

i just want know the difference between

Hey man i have same problem here like im only the owner and i havent used it for like couple of weeks and i got the same error as on the picture and there is no other backups installed or anything i did wrong and i told apple and they wont fair helpful at all... but i have a solution for this by changing its motherboards...

Obviously you have used other id to activate this phone. Is there any chance you are not the first owner of this device?

If steps suggested in the aforementioned article do not work take all the documents confirming the ownership of this device to the Apple Store.

I assume you mean "first" not "fast".Check the instructions form the aforementioned link. If it does not help take your device to the Apple Store.

He clearly states that he is the original owner and his email/id has been the only one used. That's clearly in his original question.
