My Airdrop does not working anymore after i update 9.3.1.. Before i update it was working. I tried everything on setting and google it and it still not working. I dont understand.. Please help... My phone is iphone 6s.

I did turn off wifi and bluetooth and turn on and its not working. Restart my device, still not working. Restart my Wifi router, still not working. And setting enable the Restrictions to Airdrop allowed. still not working.. Where can i fix them? My wife and friend had same problem..
