Q: Every week my IPad Pro asks me to update my Smart Connector Accessory.  I say yes but it doesn't do the upgrade.

I am using the Logitech CREATE keyboard case and iOS 9.3.1.   I reset all my settings but this has not helped.  I am assuming that I should see the upgrade progress dialog.
