Cannot connect to Apple ID server

I've had a problem logging in with my Apple ID for weeks now on my iPad Air. I keep getting back ""there was an error connecting to the Apple ID server" I've been on multiple wifis in even different countries but no luck!

THis is means I can't connect to apple store or anything...

Anyone having he same problem or even a solution? 🙂
