so i have an AT&T 6 plus and when i receive or make a call the person on the other end is extremely soft. i have put my volume all the way up. dont know whqt to do.

its only when i make or receive phone calls. the speaker works just fine.
As the document states, if you are still experiencing a problem with hearing, then contact support.
