Iphone 5s display problem

I have been using iphone 5s since 2 years and now im no more under warranty period. Yesterday all of a sudden i noticed a black circle on my screen. I took my phone to apple service center and they told its some pressure problem and it cannot be repaired and the only way is to get the phone replaced by paying an amount of 22,000Rs. I found it it be useless. So can someone tell me a way to get rid of this problem? Im from India.. I can get my phone repaired by US customer care? if so, my brother is there in US and i can give him to reach the US customer care.Please reply. I love this phone and dont want to give it off 😟
