Q: dmpgHelper.log is reporting STM issue

Profile Manager has started (in the last 2 weeks) to be inconsistent with applying and pushing apps to devices. In dmpgHelper.log, I'm seeing a series of these:

0:: [368] [2016/04/19 10:39:58.069] BUG! Attempted to enter specific STM with no active connections! <DMPGTransactionState: TxnID 'Magic#do_magic->Device.update' Max: 10> (# conn: 0 (0 waiting, 3 to retry), avg RC 0, max RC 3, total RC 3)

1:: [368] [2016/04/19 10:39:58.069] Entering transaction-specific STM due to retry of time-consuming query (5ms) for <DMPGTransactionState: TxnID 'Magic#do_magic->Device.update' Max: 10> (# conn: 0 (0 waiting, 3 to retry), avg RC 0, max RC 3, total RC 3)

1:: [368] [2016/04/19 10:39:58.069] Entering global STM due to retry of time-consuming query (7.969ms) <DMPGConnectionProxy State:WillRetry, PID:42868, Conn:R:42868, Txn:Magic#do_magic->Device.update>

1:: [368] [2016/04/19 10:39:58.069] Exiting global STM

1:: [368] [2016/04/19 10:40:34.296] Transaction will be retried (101ms, #1): <DMPGConnectionProxy State:WillRetry, PID:42872, Conn:R:42872, Txn:Magic#do_magic->UserGroup.get_details>

Is this what is affecting Profile Manager? Is my database corrupted? And what can I do about it?
