VoiceOver Scrolls to Top of Page when iFrame Receives Focus

Hello,

I have been trying to use VoiceOver on Safari 9.1. I have OS X 10.10.5 installed. I was viewing this page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Web/HTML/Element/iframe

When I use VoiceOver and the keyboard to navigate the page, I noticed that I get scrolled to the top once VoiceOver focuses on an <iframe> element. Is this a bug?

This doesn't happen with VoiceOver + Chrome.

Thanks!

MacBook Pro (15-inch Early 2011), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), Safari 9.1

I have also experienced this as well.

While tabbing through a site with VoiceOver on, it scrolls to the top of the iframe. Focus remains on whatever you're tabbing though, you just can't see it on the screen. After you get past the iframe, everything returns to normal.
