How to encrypt/sign messages initiated from the Photos app? iOS 9.3.1; model MKT02LL/A

Hello,

I've recently discovered that despite having a Cert installed on an iPhone, the Mail app is not Signing my messages when they are originated from the Photos app.

I need to be a able to close this loop hole, but I haven't found an option that will allow for the messages coming directly from the Photos app to also be signed/encrypted.

Note, when the email message is initiated from within the Mail app, and then the a photo is attached to the message, the signing/encrypting options are available and work well. However, if I'm in the Photos app, and choose to share a particular photo from there via email, it will launch the new message window in the Mail app, but will not send the message digitally signed /nor encrypted.

Any help/tips with this would be great.
