Q: How do i get my macbook apps on look like on my iPad?

Hi,

 

My friend can make her macbook look like iPad when you put your password in and all the applications are on it and you can slide the screen to change pages, i want to do it on my mac but how? she can get it on the screen like my iPad?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

Launchpad may be in your Dock already, or it will be in your applications folder. It looks like this:
