Q: i tunes store crashing

since the 12.3.3 update everytime i try to log into the itunes store, my itunes crashes, i have as people have already suggested uninstalled and reinstalled itunes, and have de authorised and re authorised the Laptop and have tried to sign in as a guest all it keeps doing is stopping on the itunes store, however it will play songs on the my music screen

any help would be gratefully received
