Q: iPhone6 internet won't stay connected

Hello Apple Buddies-

I had to get a new replacement iPhone6 last week and when I got home and updated my phone through iCloud and updated software to 9.3.1 I have trouble with my phone connecting to my in house internet. It is password protected; however, it isn't staying connected to it. I will type in my password and then it won't connect to it; it will simply show the circle rotating and then the screen will pop back up asking for the password.

I did some troubleshooting and thought it was my internet provider however my laptop and my 2nd work phone have no problem keeping connection to my internet.

Any ideas on what I should do?

Any suggestion and a little step by step guidance would help me out.

Hello xmullinax,

I understand that your iPhone is having issues with connecting to your home's Wi-Fi. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.

I know you have done some troubleshooting before hand, but take a look at the articles below. It will have some steps that you have done previously but some new ones like restarting the router and resetting network settings on your iPhone.
