Q: My IP6S - People try to call but cant get through. No Sound for call and messages
Hello
With the last 2 recent updates ios9.3.1, my IP6S has gone crazy. Some times it didn't ring for incoming calls it goes straight to missed call. The same for incoming message for SMS or Whatsapp. Ive already tried shut down the phone and even reinstall the updates its still have the same problem. Funny this doesn't effect my other phone IP6. Please HELP

Almost sounds as if you have Do Not Disturb on. If you look on the Status bar near the battery icon, do you see a small crescent moon icon? If you swipe upwards from the bottom of the screen to show Control Center, is the Do Not Disturb icon, the one with the crescent moon, white? If so, then Do Not Distrub is on, and you will not get phone calls, or any other notification sounds.
