iPod not syncing in Window10

iPod previously synced to iTunes no longer sync. New iPod doesn't sync. Uninstalled/re-installed iTunes, uninstalled/reinstalled, USB and Apply device drivers, nothing works.

If you already tried uninstalling iTunes, you probably did not completely uninstall iTunes and related software components. This Apple documents lists the components of the iTunes installation, and the precise order to uninstall them


Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support


Then, re-install the latest version of iTunes
