Q: Can't update my apps because says billing problem with last purchase but all is ok with my credit card but I cancelled mobile tv

Can't update my apps in AppStore due to credit card billing unsuccessful for last purchase, but last purchase was cancelled! How can I clear this up! My Account says all is ok

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1
