Q: How to Migrate Wiki from File Backup to New Install?

I'd had a problem with my computer running very slowly and asking how to trace the worst offenders. I had a number of suggestions and, possibly as a result, I needed to do a migrate, wipe-down, and clean install because it stopped booting. And the guys at the repair shop suggested that it might have been a deeper-level OS corruption. (Thanks guys.)

Now I have a new problem: I had been making use of the Wiki in Server to take some personal notes (wikis are very good for this sort of thing, it turns out). I have a cp -Rf * /New\ HD/Old\ Files which preserved all the files from the old drive before I wiped it.

But the Apple wiki appears to have used its own personal postgres install on the back-end to keep the entries, so finding a file I can drop into place on the new OS and Server install is not going at all well.

Any suggestions?

MacBook Pro (17-inch 2.4 GHz), OS X El Capitan (10.11.2), 750Gb HD
