I need to install Skype on my iPhone 4 and when I start to download Skype ask to update the software for iPhone and it must be up to 8
and when I try to update iPhone software it updated to 7.1.2 but no more
what can I do

You will only be offered to download an older version, if you have installed Skype before on the account you use for the App Store. A workaround is to log in with that account on iTunes on a PC or Mac, and "buy" Skype from the store there. Then you can install the older version from the phone's App Store.

hai i have two iphone 4 & 6 with same apple id i am using.
but iphone 4 can not downloading skype its showing you have to be dowload ios 9 or more version.
