Old xServe Raid Array Lower Controller Failure

I have an old xServe Raid Array, with SFP controllers, that has a failure that occurred after the A/C went out. Nobody was at home at the time, so nobody could shutdown the xServe. Upon bringing up the utility, the lower controller is showing a coprocessor2 temperature failure. I have not been able to reset it. Can this be reset and cleared? Or, do I need to replace the lower controller completely. The unit was purchased used, but has worked terrific the entire time I have had it. This is a small home network and do not need a large fancy raid array. This works fine for what it is being used for, several VM's, and learning virtual architectures. Please help. Your guidance is much appreciated in getting this old gal back up and running.
