Issues with 9.3.1 IOS
Volume control button on left side of 4S has stopped working in idle mode. While viewing videos or listening to music , speaker does not work, Via headset only I am able to listen.

I understand that you are only able to hear sound from your iPhone when your EarPods are connected and the volume buttons do not appear to be working.
