Q: Missing Podcast Episode

Hello,

Episode 17 of my podcast, Screen Heroes, is missing from iTunes. I have checked my RSS feed and I am not seeing any issues. What are the next steps in determining the cause of the missing episode?

Episode 17 was published on April 13th. I requested a feed refresh this morning and the episode I posted yesterday, Episode 18, does display.

There has been a lot of this sort of thing. All you can do is to contact Support and request a re-index. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
