Hello. Let me start by saying that this iPhone 5s is out of warrenty, and MetroPCS already opened it up to change the battery 😟 Please help me, as I do not really know how to explain this, as it only does this when it wants, and about 5min - 4 hours later, it stops. I do not know what to say other than the screen is faulty, and cloudy looking. Please help or give advise on what to do. Thanks 🙂

Did this start after the battery got replaced by the 3rd party repair service? If yes, maybe some parts where not connected correctly during the reassembly of the phone.
Has there been a screen protector attached to the screen?
no, there was never a screen protector on it as long as I owned it. idk if the previous owner did or not, but it started a day after I got it.
So it might be a cable that is not properly connected anymore or the screen is defective. If a 3rd party repair shop did replace the battery, Apple will not service the phone anymore. In that case you'll have to visit them again and ask them to fix it.
