I recently updated my iPhone 6 into iOS 9.3 and within a short time a new software update was released iOS 9.3.1. i would like to know if there are are noticable bugs for iOS 9.3.1 for iPhone 6.

I'm using 9.3.1 on an iPhone 6 with no issues. I had several issues with 9.3, but none so far on 9.3.1.
There are always bugs. I'm not aware of any major issues that would caution against updating. Both my devices are updated to 9.3.1 and I haven't had any problems.

How did you update, iphone or iTunes?
I normally use the over-the-air update for the iPhone from Settings > General > Software Update. But I always make sure I have a recent backup in iTunes in case I have to start over.
