The front camera does not work

Have you rebooted the phone? If so, hard reset it by holding down the power and home button simultaneously for three seconds. Once the logo appears you'll get back in the system.

Check then. If it still doesn't work, attempt to restore. Backup all your information via iTunes and press Sync (does an automatic backup) then select restore. It will remove all Apple based information. Any third party apps, make sure you back up the data in their respective apps. If you've backed these up in iCloud from the apps when it gives you the backup option, then you can restore when you download again via iCloud.

In addition, if you do not want to use local backup you can always sync via iCloud. This as i mentioned syncs the third party app data (if you have chosen so as mentioned above in the apps themselves) via Settings, iCloud, backup options.

Once the restore is complete, it should fix any software corruptions by installing the latest OS. If this has not fixed it, take it an Apple Authorized Service Centre. You can find these via a search on Apple's website for the respective area you are in the UAE. The main one is in TECOM which is ABM.
