Q: synchronize Iphone 6S to PC

The itunes stops responding when I connect my iPhone to my PC to synchronize it.

Sorry, but probably I wasn't really clear, the problem is this, I start iTunse, after I connect my Iphone to the PC and the iTunse stop to work, i tryed to restart itunes, restart pc, unistall itunse and reinstall it but I still have the problem.
iTunes befor I connect the Phone work properly.
I don't understand if it' a pc problem, itunes problem or phone problem.
