3D Touch all of a sudden is not functioning. Is this a software issue? Had phone, 6S Plus, for 3 weeks.

3D touch is not responding all of s sudden. Anyone else having this issue?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.1

Have you tried a forced restart? Hold down the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons.

Deggie- thank you for the response. I did a soft and hard reset. Also a full backup and reset. I think its the sensor. I'll be taking a trip to Apple I guess. Thanks again.
