how to use mac mini as hard disk for mbp?

i have a mac mini

i have a mbpr 13"


i want to use mac mini as main hard disk

use mbpr 13" for monitor and control mac mini. how can i do that?


1 more question, if the above question is successed, how to switch between mac mini screen and mbpr 13" screen?

You can setup screen sharing so you can view/use the Mini from the MacBook.

You would only need a screen and keyboard fro initial setup of the Mini.

To only use the Mini's disks you can either connect the two via Thunderbolt or FireWire and boot the Mini in Target disk mode

it is similar for OSX versions


You can also set up File Sharing
