Q: Unable to authorize computer
I am trying to sync my wife's iPhone and mine but we keep getting a message indicating that the computer is no longer authorized and asks if I want to authorize it. If not, many of the songs that I recently added (originally imported from files on my PC) would be deleted from the iPhone. When I click to authorize, I enter my Apple ID and password then I get the following error:
We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The
requested resource was not found.
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
The only option is to click OK. I can try again but with the same result. This has been happening for some time now. The last thing that changed on this computer is that the HDD was cloned and the clone HDD is in use. The clone HDD is not exactly the same as the original. My wife thinks that this may be the cause. However, iTunes does not give any details as to the problem. The message seems to indicate it is a problem with iTunes Store. I'm not sure if this is the case since this has been happening for a few days now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
